Terms

We write social media posts for your business and, once you approve them, publish them to the accounts you have connected, at the times you have chosen. How many posts a month depends on the plan you are on.

Nothing is published without your approval. That is not a setting — it is how the product is built.

We do not promise followers, engagement, enquiries or sales. Nobody honestly can. We promise the posts: written in your voice, on your schedule, on your accounts.

Everything we write for you belongs to you, including the posts you send back and the ones you never approve. If you leave, they stay yours — published ones remain on your feed, and you may ask us for a copy of the rest.

You are responsible for what goes out under your name. We write from what your website says and what you tell us, and we check posts against a list of things never to claim. Read them before you approve them: once approved, a post is published as it stands.

• The business is yours, or you are allowed to act for it.
• The photographs you upload are yours to use.
• You will keep to Instagram's, Facebook's and LinkedIn's own rules — they can close an account, and we cannot appeal on your behalf.
• You will not use Feedaly for anything unlawful, or for a business we would not want our name on.

Plans are monthly and charged in advance, on the day you started, and then the same day each month. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax we are required to charge.

The month's posts are yours to use in that month. Any you do not use do not roll over.

If you change plan, the difference is settled on your next bill rather than charged on the spot.

You can stop whenever you like, from Settings, and it takes one press. You keep the month you have paid for: the posts already owed to you are still written and still go out until that month ends, and nothing is charged again.

We do not refund part-months. If something has gone wrong at our end, write to hello@keystonelabs.pro and we will put it right — a rule we would rather apply generously than argue about.

We can close an account that breaks these terms, or that a platform has banned. If we do, we will tell you why and refund whatever remains of the month.

If we ever shut Feedaly down, you get at least thirty days' notice and a copy of everything we hold for you.

We work hard to keep Feedaly running, but we do not promise it never breaks. Platforms change their rules, refuse a post, or go down, and when that happens we tell you plainly rather than pretend.

If we are ever at fault, what we owe you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months. Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

If these terms change we will email you at least fourteen days before they take effect, so you can stop first if you would rather.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
